Trewick Nutrition takes your privacy seriously and we only use your personal information to help provide advice regarding health and wellbeing.  Any data relating to a client held electronically, either on a device or in cloud storage will be anonymised, using only a client number, with no client-identifiable information attached. The code matching a client number with the client record is held in a hard copy in a locked file.  Anonymised information held may include name, age, email address, phone number, weight and other physical measurements and dietary preferences.  No personal data is shared with anyone outside of Trewick Nutrition.

When a user visits www.trewicknutrition.co.uk we use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns in order to better understand how people use our website.

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to various pages. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of website visitors.

Client records will be held for two years from the time of the first paid consultation to enable continuity of service, should a client request a follow-up consultation during that time. GDPR regulations state we need your permission to continue holding your personal information and data.

GDPR strengthens the rights that individuals have regarding their personal data, and seeks to unify data protection laws across Europe.
